And like Congress, A Salute to Some Stuff will be away for awhile.After 15 years in the printing profession, I am changing careers. There are many reasons for this and I will not bore you with them except the main one. I will be able to spend more time with my baby girl.
Another one is this new field I will venture into, networking/servers, will be far less taxing on my imagination than the graphic design, high-paced, kill-or-be-killed, printing field I dwell in. I will have more free time to delve into the things I've been wanting to do (writing, comics, dark children's books, etc).
Some of these ideas might take the form of new blogs. I expect A Salute to Some Stuff will undergo a metamorphosis in that time. It will probably become more of a forum to salute my stuff.
Rest assured, The Adventures of Huygens Sideways and The Flip Side will have no pause in their irregularly scheduled programming. And do not worry, for skits like ...with Critters! will not go away. There may still be some Find the Yodas left in me as well.
