Dodge Meme

Normally, I dodge as many memes as I can. Nothing against anybody, but lately I have had little time for them (I have three hungry blogs to feed, man). But since it's CTC, I'll spare a few minutes. He's seemed to have less time than me of late.

The meme wants me to tell you six stuffs about myself. OK, meme. I give, shoot.

I. What was I doing 10 years ago?

Thinking about ten years ago tugs on my heart strings a little. I was in heaven. I was living with my fiancée in a two story, 100 year-old farm house on an acre of land with woods in our back yard and cornfields in front of our soccer field sized front yard. I was jamming, making art and all around enjoying life. We just got our first (and best ever) dog, Luna.

Heaven had its Hell, though. It was called redneck neighbors and working at Kinko's full time.


II. What are 5 things on my to-do list for today (not in any particular order)

1. After a long holiday weekend, not seeing any family for one day. (failed)
2. Do CTC's meme. (succeeded)
3. Kiss my baby girl at least 20 times on the head. (succeeded)
4. Start on my story. (might succeed)
5. Fix all 82 things wrong with my house. (undoubtedly will fail)


III. Snacks I enjoy:
I enjoy all kinds of snacks. Rich snacks, healthy snacks, it just depends on my mood at the time. But, there are three snacks that I tend to gravitate towards and have so ever since I was a child.

1. Planter's Sunflower Seeds. (Has to be Planter's brand with the shells still on.)

2. Cheerios. (Plain. No Milk. Just in a bowl.)

3. Saltines. (Plain. Nothing on them. Maybe with a glass of water.)

I promise I am more exciting than my preferred snacks.


IV. Things I would do if I were a billionaire:

Give! Give! Give! Seriously, I can not handle that much money. I would give it to those who really need it or actually like money (wisely, though). I know a few billion dollars is not enough to fix the planet's woes, but at least I could help a lot more people than with what's in my savings account now.

Or hire a small, heavily trained, heavily armed, elite team of covert operatives to kidnap the world's leading scientists and force them to fix the energy crisis.

Or just use the money to hire the same scientists to do the same thing. Although, I like the sound of that heavily armed team thing.
